    RESERVATIONS

    50% deposit of all booked services is required to reserve your appointments, Changes and cancellations can be made 2 weeks prior to party date without penalty. 20% gratuity is applied to final cost for the Scarlett Rose professionals.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    In the event of a no show the client will charged 100% of all services reserved. Late cancellations are responsible for 50% of all services booked plus a 20% gratuity for all reserved technicians.

    GUEST INFORMATION

    • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved appointment time. To meet all our clients needs we provide a thorough consultation.

    • Please inform our team if anyone in your party requires any special care, has any allergies, or specific requests at time of booking.

    • Kindly respect our no pet policy and no cell phone policy. This ensures all our guests are comfortable and relaxed.
